Help me with public servers on cs 1.6 steam on

For one week, I appear in public servers only servers with the extension ".hu" servers in Hungary. Until one week ago I flashed the Romania.
I tried with "MasterServers" but to no avail. Does anyone know what the problem is, or can someone help me?
