If you can play on other servers without being banned, the other server may have kicked you by accident. Change you name to a complex one like D8uh_N

hey i need ur help i got a few errors.
1 when i try to patch it says File not found and that i need to put the patch in the folder where hl2.exe is placed.
2. when i try going in a server it goest connecting and stops and brings bme back to find servers.

Fist of all, VAC WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY BAN the cheaters, depending on what version of the hack they have. The admin of the server has to ban them permanently.

I have problem, whenever i want to connect to any server from your list (http://css.setti.info/servers/css), it wont load to the end, it says that css tried to retry the connection, i cant connect to any server.
P.S. I have the newest version of css, and i try to connect on newest version of server (1.0.0.56).

You cannot connect to any servers??? Not even Setti? Try uninstalling it and reinstall it. Patch it with the newest version. Then install the masterserver. Here is the website to install the masterserver:

i am trying to patch Counter Strike Source 2010 with CSSource.2010.OB.NoSteam.[Setti].Patch.v23[0.to.23].
Problem is that i cant do that.
1. When i started to patch first time it says you have to put this patch to a folder where is hl2.exe , so i did.
2. When i again started to patch it says the same thing over and over even if i puted the file to right place.

Teamviewer is a free software where I can connect to you computer, with your permission, and install CSS. You can view it. It is ID is password protected, so only you can tell me the password for this session and I can connect. The password changes every session, so its not the same. Would you like to do teamviewer?

Hey!

I've got the same problem at the installation with the "Counter Strike Source 2010.bat" ...
So i disabled all my Antivirus software and started it again. But it's still the same message like
"Cant open .... Counter Strike Source 2010.bat"

What else can i do??? I'm using the game download from setti, so i guess it can't be anything wrong with it?

Okay. Follow My Video tutorial here. It should help you. Uninstall the WHOLE ENTRIE CSS Non-steam. Make sure you don't delete the .exe file that you need to extract the files, otherwise you need to download all of the files again. So just watch the tutorial. FOLLOW ALL MY STEPS!!!

Yeah...so I got a weird problem.
When I play CSS ALL the weapons are black and untextured, 1st and 3rd person. And also the character model look slightly glitch.

I know this isnt my graphic card because I played CS 1.6, CSS-before/Non orange box, and this Orange Box before patch 23 against bots.

First what happen was I installed the Orange Box CSS and play against bots for a little and it was perfectly fine. BUT then I updated the Orange Box CSS with the patch update 23(56) that is on this site. When I started playing online, the whole game glitched. I tried turning some of the graphic and such but it still glitched and when i reinstalled it still was black.

Do you know what my problem is?

You video card may noy be up to date. Update your video card, and update your directx. Let me know if either of those two doesn't work.

Did you patch with the correct version to version? Like, if you had version 20, and you patched with the v22 to v23, then it can mess it up. Uninstall, and reinstall the CSS. Then download the current patch, get the v0 to v23 patch. For a helpful link on how to install the patch and the CSS, follow this video

Follow these steps exactly.[color="#0000FF"]
First read them, then do it!!!

1. Delete [color="#FF0000"]ALL of the files that was extracted during installation. Including the folder. [color="#FF0000"]MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT DELETE THE INSTALLATION FILE ITSELF(i.e. CounterStrikeSoruce.OrangeBox.Setti.exe)
2. Re-Boot.
3. Install it again, and TADA. It should work.

I play very much time on this server (normally it is 6+ hours per day) and predominately it is at night.
