All matches are going to be streamed via SourceTV to watch, and can be reviewed afterwards thanks to demos being uploaded.

Rules will be posted later, explaining the 5on5 situation, knife round, boost rules, custom skins, etc. Any cheats/hacks/scripts/binds that are forbidden in ESL are as well forbidden during the tournament. In general, scroll binds are legal (except for fire).

30 seconds should be enough. As far as I know, this is standard delay in ladder matches too, and within 30 seconds a team can totally change it's position/tactics. I sure hope people won't be using SourceTV to cheat, but I guess increasing the delay to 1 minute wouldn't hurt, to be safe (to decrease the flaming after match)?

As more as you wish. But only 5 will be on server at the time of the tournament.

actualy 30 sec is considered cheat on esl versus etc. cause they can have someone stop the stacks on stv and tell them where/how to push. 2 would be better no? full round, no harm


ellianos, what do mean draw? a draw match 15-15? or the team draws (team1 vs team2, etc).
IF its match draw, there will be a second map played.
If its the team draws, it will be done randomly at random.org, drawing the numbers of the teams and filling the ladder as they appear, ignoring repeats.
