What about the draw?
I think it would be appropriate to know how it's gonna be, just to avoid any misunderstanding...

i think stv should be more than 30 secs no? to avoid ghhosting probs

30 seconds should be enough. As far as I know, this is standard delay in ladder matches too, and within 30 seconds a team can totally change it's position/tactics. I sure hope people won't be using SourceTV to cheat, but I guess increasing the delay to 1 minute wouldn't hurt, to be safe (to decrease the flaming after match)?

actualy 30 sec is considered cheat on esl versus etc. cause they can have someone stop the stacks on stv and tell them where/how to push. 2 would be better no? full round, no harm

If its the team draws, it will be done randomly at random.org, drawing the numbers of the teams and filling the ladder as they appear, ignoring repeats.

1. Why dont you use the standard delay of 90 seconds (one played round) ?
2. If a draw occurs, why dont you play with overtime (mr3 or mr5) ?

1. because one played round is 2min
2. im ok with mr3, its less exhausting i guess. but it still depends on the number of teams, cause if its a weird number wich doesnt work well with ladder, we will have to make groups, and on groups a tie is 1 point, win 3, loss 0.
example, if there are 12 teams, we will make 4 groups of 3 teams, which will play between themselves and then the 2 victorious of each group will proceed to the 8 team quarter final.
good numbers for teams signed up are 8, 12, 16, any in between are weird and could be viewed as unfair to some teams (either some get to play more, or not play as much as the others, on the first playoffs)

Well, turnament setti server has already updated with my patch and works just fine, Setti servers haven't updated with my patch (yet), i will contact with ghost and k1ller and i will let you know what the the problem is with the setti public servers.
