Where do u put the dll file?Will i earn achievments when updated?
No. You need to buy this game to earn achievements.
Do not believe a non steam release that says you can earn achievements on non steam CSS because you need steam to earn achievements.
On non steam CSS, all achievements are done.

What file ? Where ? When ? does the error occur ?
Wsac you are a so annoying person:
1. You are not able to read, asking question already answered a few centimeters over your question
2. You are Insulting people without any reasen
3. You insult people as "blind" although I sad you are "blind"

Fixes the "You are in insecure mode. You must restart before you can connect to secure servers."
Fixes the achievements so now they work.
