You didn't install the crack properly.
Steam files are outdated in revemu. Replace them with the legit files you downloaded with HLDSupdatetool

Just use steamclient.dll and steam.dll from revemu. The other files located in steam are outdated.
A new version will come less noob firendly but easier to keep updated
