Отправил смс 4 раза. Все 4 раза приходил ответ : ERROR (STRERR001) Invalid IP:PORT address: дальше IP сервера.

Я надеюсь деньги за это не сняли то?

Double check what message you are sending! Check that you have written numerical IP address and port. Check that you have correctly written the IP address. Do not send erroneous messages!
