write in console "cl_hudhint_sound 0" without quotes.Periodically appears sound "theeet" (or whistle)
All the patches are from 1 to 18 installed.
How can I fix this bag-sound?
depends..How long is usually the delay from Valve update, to setti (b00bs) update? My servers are "Out of date"... 18. patch doesn't do the trick...

Masterserver is the service that sends IP addresses of game servers to clients.
Here's what happens when you press "Refresh" on the server browser.

Hey there BooBs or other members looking at my post.. I have 2 problems in my CCS (BooBs Edition) well the first is when im under a hood in a map like tunnel or some surface right in front of me, i have abt 100 fps or even 70 sometimes but when im out under the sky the game lags... 
please help me....
2nd I tried to download Mr BooB's patches but I cant open media fire as its restricted in my country now! and even Hotspot Sheild doesn't work! can some one post those patches on some other website? plx
