New Patch v49 released

Latest revemu fix for crashes.

Strange no crashes for me with with v48 and serverbrowser works ok.

Today there were revemu update to fix craches and it worked for few hours ok but now it is crashing for everyone and developer left for holidays .

So if anyone has crashes with v48 then you can try to download older steamclient.dll , copy it to bin folder "\Counter Strike Source 2010\bin\". Btw serverbrowser will not work with it.

b00bs: I have question about You MUST to delete your old CS:S shortcut from desktop and create new one with "place_shortcut_on_desktop.exe" otherwise game will not work properly!
So, first, delete old CS:S shortcut on desktop. Easy. But, when extract v46 patch, the location is extract to make a new folder inside my CS:S folder. Is that right? My CS:S folder with rev and cstike folder and all that stuff is Counter Strike Source 2010, but with patch, it extract to Counter Strike Source 2010 > Counter.Strike.Source.2010.Orange.Box.NoSteam./CounterStrikeSource2010/CSSource.2010.OB.NoSteam.Setti.Patch.v46(Cumulative)/ so it make new folder inside my original CS:S. Should i change patch file location to just original CS:S folder and then place new shortcut? Thank you

It is not important from where you run patch, it is important where do you extract it.
Run patch then press "Browse" find your game folder then extract it there. Or you can extract it to any random folder then move files to your game folder.

It seems i can't find any server on servers list after the update...

There is some bug with revemu, should be fixed in next update.

When I want to install this patch it says: ERROR: can't open file D:\Games\Orange box\CsSource.2010.Ob.nosteam[Setti].Patch.v469Cumulative)\csstrike\models\props\de_inferno\hay_bail_stack.dx80.vtx

Uh i updated the new patch but when i connect to servers it says "the server is running a newer version of the game"

You didn't updated game.

I get problem, "You are running insecure mode. Please restart and run secure mode" i cant seem to fix the problem.

Reduced memory usage on systems running Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7
Improved alt-tab handling under Windows Vista and Windows 7
Fixed a client crash during demo playback
Updated the localization files

+ It includes new GO4CSS maps
+ You will get bugs Valve did in last update - that is noradar and other glitches.

Btw how come all servers have players playing if the update isn't out yet? And no they can't have all steam :-/

Atm only steam players can play on updated servers.

Just another glitchy map from gamebanana spam mapper. Missing csgo  textures, models, sounds, no place names, broken spawn, no color correction, no water puddles, glichy 3DSkybox, fucked up hdr, fire in cars is maybe 5 times bigger than in original and you can hide behind it, invented huge nasty dust clouds probably to cover that glichy skybox, didn't fixed original map bugs, released map as final when actual cs:go map is just in beta stage .
You can get idea about his map just by looking at console when you start map, so just another gamebanana crap...

PS:
I think he never checks his maps for bugs, example he done that de_vertigo and what i saw when I first joined it that after you spawn as CT you need to go back to buyzone to buy guns , very annoying shit for rush map like vertigo...
Normal map port is done, just fixing some minor bugs and will be available this evening probably.

Noobs should be left in peace in servers like dust2, after you ban one nab other two will join, so it's pointless...
