It's stupid to artificially restrict something like holding a weapon if someone else is already holding a similar weapon. In my opinion it's more annoying to see that "AWP restricted, you can't get it" than feel bad about being in the losing team.I think it would be better for the gameplay of those servers if you restrict awp to like 2-3 maybe 4 per team.
In the end it gets rediculous when one team is dominating and has like 10 awps, the other team barely has a chance anymore depending on the map. You can just hold it so easy with 2 awps covering any passage to a bombsite.
What if you are missing just few bucks from the weapon you want? You could go kill someone, get back to spawn and buy the weapon you've always wanted. You can't do that if the buytime is limited.Also, restrict buytime, now atleast on d2 its super easy if u rush short for them to just buy nades from ct spawn and spam them to short. 15-20 seconds should be enough to buy everything you need, even for new players.
More important is the ability to buy defusal kit at any point in the game. Also buying more nades and flashes is a good bonus.
Spamming short A is really not a problem.
