They usually don't speak English. I wonder if these two things are related.

i think that their/our english is good enough to describe the problem and understand your answers.
but if your answers is always like:
- everything is ok, sever is there:(then the link to server on website). <-- THATS NOT THE PROBLEM   ITS SERVERBROWSER IN GAME  
or - If it's here then it's on the in-game mastersrever list too. <-- NO ITS NOT!!!
or - Have some patience.....You may have to wait longer...... <--  
ist it strange that most the people hasnt problems all the time and now they have all at the same time?
maybe its a region caused problem (thats why only people with such a bad english... )

There is no problem. Have some patience. It says in the information that it may take up to 24 hours for servers to get listed.
