Thanks akka. I tested these configs today and I am pleased. I also got my ping reduced by 10 ms. Don't know if 10 ms means so much but still it's better than it was before.

is cl_cmdrate 33 ??
u should use 66

cl_cmdrate was and still is 66. Maybe the reason is that server was only half full? I am a bit newbie when it comes to css configs and technical terms.
