Open your CS:S. To set an in-game name for you, open the console of your CS:S and type "setname YOUR NAME".
Then connect to a radom server. E.g. connect to one of our servers. After you connect, open console again and this time type "status". This command will give you a list of all the players in the server, with their in-game names, SteamIDs and more. Find the line that is about you and give it to me here.

Nice! As i can see in the screenshot, your in-game name is hoangthi and your SteamID is "STEAM_0:0:137219697". Now with these two, you are ready to configure the admins.cfg file just like i mention at the first page and post of this topic.

What is the result of doing this ? It is just name changing ?

The name changing can be done with the "setname" command. The "status" command lists all current players of the server and some info about each one of them. Such as name, SteamID, ping and some more.

 

And the result of typing the "status" command is that finally you took your in-game name and your SteamID and put them in the admins.cfg file so you make yourself admin of your server.

Yes, you can set yourself admin to your own server. In this way you can ban, kick (and much more) players, set the next map and many other things. To do that you have to edit the admins.cfg with notepad and type your in-game name and your SteamID to the correct place. The instructions are simple and clear at the first page and post of this topic. But if still it's difficult for you, i will make an admins.cfg and send it to you. Then all you will have to do is to replace the old one with the one that i will send you. But it's better you do all the process on your own, so you learn.

However I can't test the game console.
After editing config file, I tried to connect to my server and play, I typed sv_gravity 9 and It said only sever admin could do this...
I also tried to type that code in sever cmd windows and It worked well...

So what should I do ?

No no no. After you set yourself admin, you use the admin panel in-game. There are 2 ways to open the admin panel. 1) Open console in-game and type "sm_admin". 2) Open chat in-game and type "!admin". (i think it will also work if you type "/admin"). There you will all you can do as admin. After you set yourself admin, restart your server.

You can also type commands in-game at console like the "sv_gravity" command. But to do that, the way is different. In-game you open console and as a first step and only once you type "rcon_password server's rcon password". And then to execute the command you want, you type: E.g. "rcon sv_gravity 9"

Isn't sv_gravity a bad example here as you need sv_cheats to be enabled?

 

And btw, you should set your flags to ("flags" "z"), that's full access

I found solution for your DM issue. I guess you have downloaded and installed Bailopan's DM.

Go here: "..\cstrike\cfg\cssdm\"

Open the "cssdm.cfg" file with notepad.

With Ctrl+F search for this command: "cssdm_allow_c4"

Set the value to "0", save the file and test.

Yes, I did this, And T can not plant the bomb, of course CT can not destroy the bomb, and T can not kill all CT...

At a DM server you will never see or hear "Counter terrorists win" or Terrorists win". Players just kill all the time. That's all. So if the bomb is gone, then the DM is working as it is supposed to work.

It's some cvar, Silent, check our dm server, it's something like mp_ignore_winround_conditions or so... Then the timelimit is disabled.

Ohyourgod put this in your server.cfg in a new line: mp_ignore_round_win_conditions 1

Then restart your server and check.
