I banned Gustav for 5 minutes,because of him we were loosing and he was ignoring what im saying.. Milky you dont know what to tell now, instead being a good, you can just say sry for that, and everybody will forget it.. as for maraca -refaei or whatever nick he has, he was perm banned years ago for bhop , wh from sculder other bans in other servers , he was unbanned ( i really didnt understand why ) and reported again few weeks ago from sibuli ,who is a skilled and trusted player, for wh again , sad demos didnt work then. A perm ban would be ok to get rid of him

If he is teleporting, you can kindly ask him to rejoin the server or restart his pc.. not banning directly.. But as all we know milky he will ban,moreover he will another guy who is trying to help ... Once he banned the guy cause he didnt know how to report cheater.. and now u r talking about this?

Gringo i have to agree that a reduction or better a change in the setti servers should be made. But removing pub3, i wouldnt say it would help the situation.
it has many players which are <<dedicated>> to the server and it has its own players pool which i am afraid if u remove the server they will dissapear. anyway removing the most popular server in the setti , i find it epic wrong ( and keep deathmatch ,which may become popular again ,wtf?).
i also believe that other kind changes should be made so that the  players pool  would grow bigger.( i believe u know the reasons why main server is abandoned better than me).
pub2 has its regular pool of players and pub4 attracts many niewbies.also css.go has many players during the day. but main setti is always empty .

for installing the v51 patch? why would he format the pc!? just delete css and install again, in the worst case!

i think it would be better if there were teams registered and not individual players , and players without team could post asking for an empty place in a team to join.the teams should be of 6 players, 5 to play and 1 for backup.
also there should be decided the mapcycle ,number of sessions etc .
are there any guys actually organizing it or we just post names?
anyway i dont see it would be ready in a week  (6-8 july) as u say in the poll
