b00bs: I have question about You MUST to delete your old CS:S shortcut from desktop and create new one with "place_shortcut_on_desktop.exe" otherwise game will not work properly!
So, first, delete old CS:S shortcut on desktop. Easy. But, when extract v46 patch, the location is extract to make a new folder inside my CS:S folder. Is that right? My CS:S folder with rev and cstike folder and all that stuff is Counter Strike Source 2010, but with patch, it extract to Counter Strike Source 2010 > Counter.Strike.Source.2010.Orange.Box.NoSteam./CounterStrikeSource2010/CSSource.2010.OB.NoSteam.Setti.Patch.v46(Cumulative)/ so it make new folder inside my original CS:S. Should i change patch file location to just original CS:S folder and then place new shortcut? Thank you

It is not important from where you run patch, it is important where do you extract it.
Run patch then press "Browse" find your game folder then extract it there. Or you can extract it to any random folder then move files to your game folder.

Btw how come all servers have players playing if the update isn't out yet? And no they can't have all steam :-/

Atm only steam players can play on updated servers.

The only map I really hate is aztec, I quite enjoy italy, and nuke aswell, even though they are a bit unbalanced (especially if people are noobish)

cs_assault is also an unbalanced map... seems like all the unbalanced maps are the old ones... anyway I dont think this is a reason to remove the maps from server

They didn't lie anytime. I know admins have to be intolerant with cheaters, but if it is a sincere apology i think they deserve to be forgiven one time.

"most" limited admins do ban for TK. That is if its excessive. If a person has a KD ratio of  -4/10, I usually ban them. A full admin is not going to come from the server he is playing on to Ban a TKer. Its called using your discretion. If you abuse it you get into trouble. Use it when you feel that the game-play and other players are compromised. A kick to be honest is a bit useless. A 2 hour ban for TKing excessively, I find, is fair. I do think however a 2 hour ban is not enough for Cheaters but that I guess is what the ban request section is for.

There are not much cracked servers in USA overall. You didn't say for which game you are looking for servers. In any case, there aren't any ... well, obviously there are a few but not much to choose from.
