My opinion is that karlof or theo could get unbanned and marioc keep his admin power.
they are pretty much the same. Marioc was a kid 2 years before but now is old enough to be an admin.
KaRLOF was immature before a year and cheated but now he is older and probably decided to play fair.
unbann him , keep an  eye on him or let marioc keep an eye on him and problem solved.

As for the once a cheater always a cheater i can recall some instanses that setti admins were kind enough to forgive some players

I have been wondering for quite some time now, why there's no rules set up for the setti servers and possibly a kick ability for the "minor" violations?

I would strongly advise setti administration to come up with some rules for the servers (or just have the idea of it, in the mind)  - sure the majority of people wont follow some of the rules maybe.
but the rules it self dont need to be harsh to follow. They could be as following:

Respect others (especially regulars and administrators)
No racial or religious slurs.
[color=#000000]Hackers will be banned without warning.
[color=#000000]exessive teamkilling will not be tolerated and may result in kick/ban

And this is i think fairly easy to setup, maybe add it to the MOTD or something?

The reason for me to create this topic is because there have been quite a few players (regulars as well) that have complained about people who either: teamkill excessively, disrespect them in such a way that they dont feel like playing in the server etc. - one of those people who are disrespecting people (and specially me) is a player named "Philanthrop" - what he does i call exessive disrespect without any reason. And he does it fully aware that us admins cant do anything to him.  

[color=#000000]Take this for an example(made up example): a player keeps calling an admin fag, calling the admins mother bad things etc. - the admin can not lift a finger because the player is not cheating. - so the poor admin can only bite the dust and take a facefull of crap. -

Now that i've wrote about rules and stuff i would like to write something about the way cheaters are banned on.
Well... admins need to be discrete about their status of being admin etc. - but that "rule" if called so - is broken by the server it self when an admin has issued an ban, the admins nick is displayed also in the game chat. Can't this be.. changed or something? - it can be quite annoying when people keep spamming out stuff when they find out whos an admin. (in the end it cant be a little secret for ever )

Quite some time ago I made a comment regarding the size of your head compared to your body... I know why I said that comment now... Looks photo shopped. LOL Feels good to get that out of the way, I always knew something was wrong with that picture.

In other words too many people got the admin rights they wanted , and suddenly they stopped being active in the servers.Do they deserve it , its not to tell by me? Although they are very active concerning suggestions and shit talking in the server. Dont get me wrong , I personally think the idea of having an admin every hour in at least one of the setti's server is a good idea, but why would you want rights when after  you stop doing anything.You know the sayin, power corrupts ? We can change it to : Power makes you lazy. Too many admins started to hate too, its easy to hate , but its hard to respect. Respect all, fear none.

Regardless whether it was el greco or not. If he didn't cheat, he shouldn't be banned. Unless he was being a naughty boy and spamming grenades in spawn or team killing. Just an opinion... but I think setti needs to revamp the current admin situation. Get rid of the misusers... There are so many of them...

to the new Admins: Be careful with your bans, be sure that the player are cheating. we hear a lot of complaints in the last times dont abuse your rights and dont ban if youre not sure. And the other Admins told you before to ban only the aimbot and speedhackers. its sometimes not easy to detect wallhacker, so be careful. PEACE
