We both know what happened, he was hiding in pit for 6-7 round and i shot him for fun while in the same team, he got mad and banned me...
Look if it's going to be a hassle, don't even bother.
I loved the setti releases and loved playing at the server and i was just joking around, if i deserve a permanent ban for this then so be it.
I understand him beeing mad at me, but it's just a game...

Ping limit is too high. Gave him time to shut down all downloads for too long. So I ban him when Im around explaining why. Then hes raging at forums creating 10 threads. To end this I banned this troll permanently. When we had 120ms we kept laggers like him out. Now its CS:Portal.

There's high ping kicker for laggers. Admins shouldn't need to ban laggers because they're auto-kicked.
It's stupid to get banned just because some torrent started on background or something.

Yes now I know, but I thought since the demo records what the server got, it must also record the lagging :S Now I know it's wrong, I don't really understand why, but who caresi dont think u will see any lag in demo headHUNTERZ...

Yes he has ~100 ping, but he's not lagging, warping or something like this, as far as I can see in the demo. I see no reason for ban.

Server gathers console's information for ping limit. Not scoreboard's one. Since your ping is 100 on scoreboard it is going to be 140 (at least) in console. If I was you I would just find ways to improve my internet connection (like I did)

Cookie is correct. I asked Sculder "why do you ban and mute people all the time" and got muted permanently for that. And as of 30.7.2012 18:14 in Finnish time(GMT+2+1 because of summer time) the mute is still in force. Please remove it, it's not fun to not be able to talk to other players. And there are people on Setti servers that I consider friends.

Maybe you lagged sometimes or something.. Because even if your ping is 100, you can still have lags.. And for example if you running or moving, another player cant kill you, you can suddenly move fast or just lag.. Just when you have this shit just restart your router or pc.. And when sculder tell you fix your lag, just try to fix it.. If you wont the result will be in ban...
