If your PC/internet connection can handle it you can use the 128 tick rate settings instead. Our CS:GO servers are set to accept both 64 and 128 tick rate settings.

The advertisements plugin is showing chat messages from times to times including something like this: "Visit our forum: css.setti.info/forum"

If they are too lazy or too stupid to come here and report the cheater, then they should go fuck themselves. Adding a message like "Use team chat and start your message with '@' to report a cheater to the online admins." would be fine though. But showing to everyone who is admin is a really bad idea. The result of that would be this:

I just noticed that HLStatsX, SourceBans, CS:S, CS:GO and TS3 servers are all down. Probably it's caused by some HDD failure. We will try to fix this as soon as possible.

Your Steam account (as you said in game) is overwatch banned. And you ask for unban about your non-Steam CS:GO? I don't think so.
Btw in the beginning you weren't suspicious. You became suspicious recently. Wallbangs, kills through smoke etc. And you are only ~14 years old based on your voice that i have heard.

P.S. If someone is suspicious and i spec him, i also check for bans from other communities and/or VAC/OW bans. If there are any, when i'm almost 100% sure the suspect is indeed cheating they help me be 100% sure.
